Danby makes no representations or warranties of any kind express or implied as to the installation of parts purchased regardless of the cause, including but not limited to defect in material, misuse or merchant ability and :
- Will not assume liability for any losses direct or indirect in connection with installation of its product.
- Danby warns to the purchaser that they willingly assumes the risk for installation that may result in property damage or injury to any person or persons.
